Las Vegas entertainer and performer Michael John has made a career out of impersonating the legendary singer / songwriter Billy Joel.

Michael’s Billy Joel Tribute Show has landed gigs worldwide. Michael has played at the famous “Legends In Concert” and has even portrayed the piano man on FOX Television’s “Performing As...” reality TV special, just to name a few.

In addition to promoting his show using traditional methods (an agent, social networking, web site, etc.) Michael has been proactively soliciting interest in his show using a glossy press kit consisting of glossy photos, CD’s and DVD’s of his performance, copies of testimonials, details about his show and more.

Michael’s original press kit looked professional and was effective. The problem was it cost him nearly $20.00 to produce each kit regardless of whether he booked a show or not. Looking for ways to cut costs and remain cutting-edge, Michael turned to Official Site Design.

Official Site Design was able to turn all of the components of Michael’s impressive press kit into an electronic, digital press kit (EPK) that could be easily distributed to his potential customers on a single CD or DVD.

Using the master provided by Official Site Design, Michael now is able to have his EPK duplicated on CD-ROM for less than $1.00 a copy. The new EPK delivers the same message as his original press kit but its provided in a format familiar to his customers.

In addition the new EPK provides Michael’s clients with more information, more photos, and more video than he was previously able to provide with his original press kit thereby doing a better job showcasing his performances and effectively allowing him to book more shows.
