How It Works

It doesn’t matter where you live- we can help you. Depending on the question(s) you have and the consultation you are requesting we will either help assist you over the phone, the computer by connecting directly to your desktop using our special software, or both.

Using our secure Web Meeting technology our technicians can:

• Connect and collaborate with you from your PC, Mac, or even your smartphone.
   
• Meet face-to face with you by video conferencing with up to six webcams.
   
• You can have up to 25 participants join in a session at a time.
   
• Meetings can be recorded and a link can be sent for easy playback.
   
• We can also use integrated voice conferencing – which allows you to join by phone or with computer (VoiP), or both.

We bill in half hour or hour time increments for your convenience for phone and web based consultations. You can also choose to have your questions answered by e-mail at a reduced rate.
